Requirements warning on MigraSync → General

Required (must pass):

  • PHP 8.1+
  • WordPress 6.2+
  • OpenSSL and JSON extensions
  • Outbound HTTPS to migrasync.com

Recommended:

  • cURL, ZIP, memory_limit 256M+

Ask your host to upgrade PHP or enable extensions. MigraSync does not run correctly below minimums.

Old or duplicate MigraSync plugin

If you previously installed an older version:

  1. Deactivate and delete the old plugin from Plugins.
  2. Download a fresh ZIP from My Dashboard.
  3. Upload and activate again.

Do not rename folders manually — use WordPress delete + reinstall.

Multisite notes

Install on each site that needs MigraSync, or network-enable per your network admin policy. API key and plans still apply per site quota.
