1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how MigraSync (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on migrasync.com and related MigraSync marketing and account pages.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

MigraSync (https://migrasync.com) is operated by Elliyas Ahmed, an individual based in Bangladesh. MigraSync is a software product brand; there is no separate registered company entity for MigraSync at this time.

Questions: [email protected] (subject line: Cookie request).

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels or scripts that store or read identifiers in your browser.

Cookies can be:

3. Scope — what this policy covers

This policy covers cookies on MigraSync’s own website (migrasync.com), including login, registration, dashboard, pricing, and checkout pages we host.

It does not govern cookies that your WordPress (or Blogger) site sets for your visitors. The MigraSync Plugin runs on your server and is not used to place MigraSync marketing or analytics cookies on your public site for our advertising.

When you pay via Freemius (our Merchant of Record), Freemius may set its own cookies on Freemius-controlled domains during checkout. See the Freemius Privacy Policy.

4. How we obtain consent

We show a cookie banner on migrasync.com with two categories:

If you dismiss the banner without accepting analytics (or save with analytics off), we treat analytics as rejected for that browser until you change your choice or clear cookies.

We store your choice in a first-party cookie named msw_cookie_consent (see §6).
