Install and activate MigraSync Plugin on WordPress

You need a WordPress site with admin access and the plugin ZIP from Download the MigraSync Plugin.

Requirements (quick check)

  • WordPress 6.0+ (6.2+ recommended)
  • PHP 8.1+
  • Outbound HTTPS to migrasync.com

Install steps

  1. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  2. Choose your migrasync-….zip file.
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.
  4. Confirm a MigraSync item appears in the left admin menu.

After activation

Open MigraSync → General (Status & API key). Check the system requirements panel — items should show as passing before you continue.

If install fails, check PHP version, plugin upload limits, and that an older MigraSync version was removed first.
